Bachelor of Social Sciences, Honours Degree in Development Studies, Health and Hygiene Training Certificate.
Mr. Molete has a wide experience in community development project and acquired most of his experience implementing government infrastructure projects to communities in different provinces and also coordinating National Programme for Department of Water Affairs.

BOITUMELO MOGAMI (TRAINING FACILITATOR)
Degree in Public Admin, Honours Degree in Human Resource Management
Ms. Mogami also gained her experience working in the Department of Education; she was mainly serving as a Labour Relations Practitioner.
DIKGANG MOTSEOMONGWE (TRAINING FACILITATOR)
Degree in Law
Mr. D. Motseomongwe joined the company in 2011, he got his experience at University Law Clinic. Since joining Pim Trading he is been working as a Social Facilitator in various programmes of Government.
GILBERT RAKUMAKWE (TRAINING FACILITATOR)
National Higher Diploma in Teaching
Mr. Rakumakwe has been very much involved in the coordination of 2020 VFWSEP in the North West province.
BENJAMIN THAMBE (TRAINING FACILITATOR)
National Higher Diploma in Financial Management
Mr. Thambe has worked a consultant in 2020 VFWSEP at Gauteng and North West Province. He also worked with various communities in the north on Health and Hygiene and Social Facilitation.
